Yellowstone River

Freestone

Buckle up for a masterclass on the longest undammed river in the lower 48. The Yellowstone is absolute raw energy, serving up massive vistas and the chance to hunt some truly predatory brown trout. It’s Montana fly fishing exactly as nature intended.

This river has a wild soul, from Mother's Day caddis and summer hopper bites to the fall streamer chase for big browns. It is pure fly fishing magic that every angler deserves to experience.

Madison River

Technical Tailwater

Welcome to the technical soul of Montana. The Madison is a legendary tailwater that rewards precision nymphing and those perfect, subtle drifts in high-volume currents. It’s a beautifully managed stretch of water that keeps you on your toes but rewards every bit of effort.

From the heart-pumping Salmonfly and PMD hatches to season long streamer action, we'll guide you through the very best of the Madison. It's a high-energy river that rarely disappoints.

Gallatin River

Beginner-Friendly

Relaxed, drop-dead gorgeous, and wonderfully consistent. The Gallatin winds through some of our favorite terrain, offering dynamic water and steady hatches that make it a total blast for everyone from rookies to old pros.

We specialize in finding the quiet water away from the crowds. Even on the busier days we can show you some spots that feel like a secret.

Missouri River

Big Water Tailwater

The Mighty Mo is a dry-fly paradise, boasting some of the highest bug counts in the state. Wide, predictable, and absolutely packed with fish, it’s a river that invites long drifts and rewards patience with spectacular, steady rising trout.

The trico hatch here is legendary. If you can stay calm when the water looks like it’s boiling with rising fish, you’re in for the day of a lifetime.

Bighorn River

Prolific Tailwater

Expect absolute consistency on the Bighorn. This cold-water machine is famous for its staggering fish numbers and hard-fighting browns. While a bit short on mileage, it’s a rich ecosystem that can provide fantastic fishing year-round.

We love fishing scuds and sowbugs here; they are the true bread and butter. You’ll get to fish a buffet below the surface that stays wide open all day.

Yellowstone Park

Wilderness Freestone

Fishing the Park feels like stepping back in time. Enjoy fishing pocket water on the Gardner, cutbanks on the Gibbon or the sweeping meadows of the Lamar Valley. These high-country waters offer a raw experience surrounded by bison and mountain vistas.

Let us guide you through the Park’s wild rhythms for a quintessential angling experience. Not sure which river fits you best? Let’s talk it through and match the day to you.

Technical Sanctuary

Spring Creeks & Private Lakes

Immerse yourself in the profound peace of a Montana spring creek. Here, gin-clear currents trade big-river bustle for glassy, technical water, providing the perfect place to slow down, sharpen your game, and enjoy the drift. While these creeks demand total precision and reward savvy anglers, our private lakes provide unique vistas and much more forgiving takes for those newer to the sport.

Dial in your dry fly game to outsmart those beautifully picky, rising trout.

Technical sight-fishing where we help you spot, stalk, and land wild fish in water so clear you can see every fin.

Experience trout stalking Callibaetis, leaping for damselflies, and crushing hoppers near the shorelines.

Already have a river in mind, or a mix of skill levels in your group? Share a few details in your trip inquiry and we’ll do the matching so everyone has the right day on the water.
